Planted in March my Gandules also know as Pigeon Peas are ready to pick.....
These are just from two branches, enough to make Arroz con gandules....
Here we have 6oz of peas after opening pods.Place them in a zip-lock bag and store in freezer until your ready to use.
Add empty pod to compose bin..
